Storybook Plan

My Storybook will be more of an anthology of different stories, with each individual story being a collaboration of different nursery rhymes.  Some stories may be told from the point of view of a character in one of the nursery rhymes, and some may be told from third-person point of view.

Here are some ideas I have for specific stories:

  1. Baa, Baa, Black Sheep delivering wool to "the master," "the dame," and "the little boy who lives down the lane."  The dame will be the Queen of Hearts from the nursery rhyme "The Tarts" and the little boy who lives down the lane will be "Little Jack Horner." (I don't have an idea for the master yet)
  2. Lost animals, featuring;
    • the fifth pig from "Five toes" who said, "Wee, wee!
      I can't find my way home."
    • Little Bo-Peep's sheep
    • and possibly someone else
  3. Baker's man from "Pat-a-Cake" and "Little Tom Tucker"
    • the baker's master tells him to make cake for "Tommy and me."  Tommy could be Little Tom Tucker who "sings for his super"
    • Tom could come to the master's door (whoever the master is) and sing to him.  At which point the master invites him inside and the baker bakes them a cake.
